Come learn how to make your own sauerkraut and the basic principles of fermentation!

With your ticket purchase, you’ll choose a traditional ceramic crock to start your ‘kraut journey. The workshop takes place on February 7th from 4-7pm and is scheduled as a 3 hr session.

Please choose the specific crock you’d like for the class.

Small- 1 gallon

Medium- 2 gallon

Large- 3 gallon

Hand picked at different sizes and shapes, each crock is unique and can be reused for continued fermentation, a planter, a utensil jar or whatever you decide.

All additional materials are provided and we will be using local, organic ingredients, sourcing directly from farmers when possible.

About the instructors:

Chef Eduardo Garcia and sister Indra Fanuzzi have worked in the food space professionally for decades: Eduardo as a chef and Indra as an accomplished home cook, mother and remedy maker. They are co-founders of the Dream Farm Foundation, an organization with experiential opportunities aimed at inspiring folks to have a relationship with their food.

Natural born teachers and enthusiastic eaters, Eduardo and Indra have brought a combined treasure trove of knowledge and a playful energy into classrooms, kitchens and communities worldwide for decades.
