About the instructors:

This first workshop is special for many reasons, but most being that it is in partnership with my family and their business, Montana Mex.

Chef Eduardo Garcia and sister Indra Fanuzzi have worked in the food space professionally for decades: Eduardo as a chef and Indra as an accomplished home cook, mother and remedy maker. They are co-founders of Montana Mex, a national food brand that manufactures thoughtful condiments and experiential opportunities aimed at inspiring folks to have a relationship with their food.

Natural born teachers and enthusiastic eaters, Eduardo and Indra have brought a combined treasure trove of knowledge and a playful energy into classrooms, kitchens and communities worldwide for decades.
